BTS is a Dynamic Alliance of Business, Academia and Consultants

BTS aggressively mines all areas of business, consultancies and academia for leading edge Intellectual Property(IP) in the area of business technologies that support Innovation and Growth.  This is a role which is currently unfilled.  Businesses are secretive.  Consultants are often single minded and self serving.  Academia doesn't look at topics which are already in use because of the need to publish original work.

By acting as the gatekeeper,  BTS creates the focus and organization as IP is continuously captured, analyzed and when appropriate, validated and offered as content by participation of all members.  New IP is distilled into learning modules including simulations for the Value Creation Lab.

Member companies can use the VCL to try on new ideas to determine whether they make sense for their environment.

Consultants get a chance to have their IP academically vetted and validated.  As member companies are exposed to the material the consultants are the natural choice for implementations WITH metrics.

Professors can use their unfunded time to act as thought leaders in the academic vetting of new IP.  The materials created including publications and text books are easily brought into mainstream degreed education programs.
