Regis Betsch: For over 8 years Betsch was CEO of the international software and training
company, ECHIP, Inc., which created and delivered market leading Design of Experiments software
and training tools. He has an extremely broad technical background and has provided in-depth
technical consulting and training on various technologies including Enterprise Project Management
and Design of Experiments (DOE). His technical consulting has spanned over a thousand
companies and directly impacted products responsible for billions of dollars of annual
revenue. He has over 20 years of experience as a senior project manager primarily working
on leading edge military contracts involving state-of-the-art electronic devices and
instrumentation. He has a Ph.D. in Solid State Science with undergraduate degrees
in Mathematics and Physics.
Steve Bushnell: Bushnell’s experience spans more than
30 years of domestic and international responsibilities assisting companies with information
systems planning, project management, staff development and technical leadership. Steve was
CIO of Day & Zimmermann, a Philadelphia based engineering and business services company. Other
assignments included IT leadership positions at Hercules Incorporated, BE&K Engineering and KPMG
Consulting. In roles as CIO, information technology director and consulting manager Steve has
sponsored, designed and managed information technology software projects that created significant
business value. Steve holds degrees in Industrial Technology and Mechanical Engineering.
Bill Creamer: Creamer is a seasoned international sales executive with strong-proven technology
and quantitative skills in new business development, alliance/partner formations and channel
marketing. He launched and accelerated several significant new businesses over the past six
years. The achievement built on experience gained while performing new business and service launches
at Bank Of America . Creamer’s professional career includes senior management positions in the
manufacturing, chemical, financial, and technology sectors with DuPont, Mellon Bank, Bank Of
America, AIG and Asia OnLine. Creamer holds BS and MBA degrees in economics and is currently pursuing
a D.B.A. in International Studies. For over15 years Creamer has served as an adjunct professor at
several Universities in the fields of economics, business management, new business venturing and marketing.
